These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of thechairmancigar.com and your purchase of products from The Chairman Cigar, operated by Chairman Group LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this website, create an account, join our club, or purchase any product. All orders are subject to age verification at checkout and adult-signature confirmation at delivery, as described in our Age & Compliance policy. We may cancel any order at any time if we cannot verify the purchaser’s age.
We sell premium tobacco products and related accessories. Cigars are a natural, handmade product; minor variations in appearance, size, and character are inherent to the craft and are not defects. Product images are illustrative; vintages, bands, and packaging may vary.
All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders we cannot legally fulfill (for example, orders to states we do not ship to), orders that fail age verification, and orders we suspect are fraudulent or placed for resale. Your order is an offer to purchase; our acceptance occurs when the order ships. If we cancel an order before shipment, you receive a full refund.
Shipping terms — including states we do not ship to, adult-signature requirements, and what happens when delivery fails — are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy, which is part of these Terms.
Because cigars are a perishable, consumable, age-restricted product, all sales are final once shipped, subject to the limited remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders described in our Refund and Returns Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Club memberships are recurring subscriptions billed at the tier price you select until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date as described in our Refund and Returns Policy. We may modify tier contents, pricing, or benefits with notice; if you do not accept a change, your remedy is to cancel before the next billing cycle. Membership benefits are personal to you and may not be resold or transferred.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate shipping and identity information — age verification depends on it, and orders with false information will be cancelled.
You may not use this site to purchase products for anyone under 21; resell products without proper licensing; place orders for delivery into states we do not ship to through forwarding services or otherwise; or interfere with the operation or security of the site.
All content on this site — including the names “The Chairman Cigar,” our logos, text, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Chairman Group LLC and may not be used without our written permission.
Tobacco products carry inherent health risks; see our Age & Compliance page. The site and all products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chairman Group LLC’s total liability arising out of any order or use of this site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at chairman@thechairmancigar.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
