The Chairman Cigar sells premium tobacco products intended exclusively for adults 21 years of age or older. By using this website, placing an order, or joining our club, you represent that you are at least 21 years old. It is illegal to purchase tobacco products for anyone under 21, and we refuse all such orders.
We take our legal obligations seriously and verify age at multiple points:
At checkout: every order is screened through a third-party age verification service, which confirms the purchaser’s identity and date of birth against public and proprietary records. If automatic verification cannot confirm you are 21+, you may be asked to provide a photo of a valid government-issued ID before your order ships. Orders that cannot be verified are cancelled and refunded in full.
At delivery: every shipment requires an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. The carrier may check government-issued photo ID. Packages cannot be left unattended, and no one under 21 may sign for or receive a shipment.
Cigars are a tobacco product. Tobacco use carries health risks, including cancer, heart disease, and other serious conditions, and cigar smoke contains nicotine, an addictive chemical. Cigars are not a safe alternative to cigarettes. The Chairman Cigar encourages all customers to be informed about the risks of tobacco use and to enjoy responsibly.
Chairman Group LLC operates in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale and shipment of premium cigars, including state shipping restrictions (see our Shipping & Delivery page for states we cannot ship to), tax collection and remittance obligations, and adult-signature delivery requirements. We cooperate with state and federal authorities as required by law.
