We ship to most of the United States, including Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and military APO/FPO addresses.
Due to state tobacco shipping laws and tax registration requirements, we do not currently ship to the following states: Utah, Hawaii, Michigan, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Nevada, North Carolina, South Dakota, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Colorado. Orders cannot be placed for delivery addresses in these states. We are working to open additional states over time.
We do not ship internationally.
Shipping is a flat $12.95 per order anywhere we ship. Orders of $99 or more ship free.
Federal and state law requires that all tobacco shipments be delivered with an adult signature (21+). A person 21 years of age or older must be present at the delivery address to sign for your package and may be asked to show government-issued ID.
If no eligible adult is available, the carrier will attempt delivery on multiple business days, then hold your package at a nearby carrier location for pickup with valid ID. Please monitor your tracking number — packages not retrieved before the end of the carrier’s hold period are returned to us and are subject to the terms of our Refund and Returns Policy. We cannot waive the signature requirement, ship to lockers or parcel boxes that cannot process an adult signature, or leave packages unattended.
Every order is packed with care to protect freshness and condition in transit: cigars are sealed in protective packaging with humidity control and shipped in a sturdy outer box. This keeps your cigars in proper condition from our humidor to your door.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Transit time depends on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. During extreme weather (summer heat waves, deep winter freezes), we may briefly hold shipments to protect product quality — if your order is affected, we will notify you by email.
